Mike tells a story about after Alvin Kamara signed his blockbuster deal and remembers the star RB saying only one more guy will sign a contract like that and then it will be over for the position. Mike talks about the changing landscape of the game and says that teams no longer invest into a runningback for a long time, but rather "lease" them and then draft a new one in a few years so they don't have to pay out big money. Bo and Mike compare the situation of pay between QB's and RB's to paying edge rushers and interior defensive linemen. Bo asks Mike what he sees in the future for free agent Dalvin Cook and Mike explains how a multi-year contract for the 27 year old star would not make sense for any team.
