Mississippi State insider Steve Robertson joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about why Mississippi State should put up $600,000 to $800,000 for pitching coach Justin Parker. Steve notes that the Bulldogs used 17 pitchers last year, 13 of which were first year players. Bo and Steve talk about this fact and the job a new coach would have to come in a shape young players that already have a year of experience in the SEC. Steve notes that it is the responsibility of the new pitching coach to find out what the younger players need to work on, and it is on the players to get better after a year of college ball.
