Show Notes
Bo and Blake talk SEC football and petty coaches in the first hour of the show live in the BankPlus Studio. The guys start the show talking about Steve Azar's upcoming charity golf, where Bo does what he calls the fastest hour in radio, and some of the unique guests he's interviewed in the past. With SEC Meetings underway this week, the guys discuss one of the best one-liners to come from an SEC coach in recent memory as Kentucky's Mark Stoops calls out Kirby Smart for complaining about recruiting during the College Football Playoff. Bo talks about the ongoing pettiness from the SEC coaches, including Jimbo Fisher and Lane Kiffin, and how that's playing out this week at the conference meetings. Bo and Blake talk about the continued improvements in the music scene in Mississippi as Bo is wearing a Willie Nelson shirt today. The guys discuss the Georgia dynasty that Kirby is building and the fact that he has a chance to do something Saban has been unable to do, win three straight National Championships. Bo talks about how Kirby has been able to build a roster that outweighs everything else in college football and allows him to not have to coach uphill at all during the year. The guys talk about the Ole Miss quarterback battle and how it looks to be playing out heading into Fall camp and Lane Kiffin's fourth season in Oxford.
