Bo looks at the best performances from across the state over the weekend and who could likely win the Conerly Trophy. Mississippi State insider Steve Robertson joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the news surrounding the Bulldogs after a loss live in the BankPlus Studio. Steve talks about how the loss to Kentucky made the conversations around replacing head coach Zach Arnett ramp up and fans are growing impatient. Steve looks at how you can't risk another bad season next year with Ole Miss succeeding and says you have to put the football program first. Bo asks Steve if he thinks Will Rogers will play against Texas A&M and Steve thinks that it isn't completely out of the question. Steve thinks that third string QB Chris Parson could take the majority of the snaps against Texas A&M but wouldn't be surprised if Mike Wright came out for the first series. Bo asks Steve if there was anything positive from the MSU game and Steve says that Chris Parson showed the team and fans some light when it comes to QB play without Will Rogers. The Mississippi State 1998 football team was honored by the program over the weekend and Steve talks about his favorite players from that era. Steve thinks that Woody Marks will likely play against the Aggies which is a bright spot for the team but the return of Will Rogers is still up in the air.
