The guys talk about "Janu-Hairy" and the worst mustaches in sports history. Bo looks at the Rose Bowl between Michigan and Alabama and says Jim Harbaugh out-coached Nick Saban. College football insider Tom Luginbill joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the biggest news heading into next season live in the BankPlus Studio. Tom talks about Mississippi State signee QB Michael Van Buren and compares him to a talented player that transferred to a contender. Tom breaks down how new rules around players practicing with their new school for bowl games will give Van Buren the chance at a lot more reps. Tom thinks the #1 thing Van Buren is great at is escaping the pocket and manipulating angles to avoid sacks. Bo asks Tom if he has seen Jeff Lebby grow as a play caller in the last two years and Tom talks about how both years were vastly different. Tom talks about how Lebby wants to run a version of the air raid offense that prioritizes the run first. Bo asks Tom about MS recruits Stonka Burnside and Kam Franklin and how they have performed in practice for the Under Armour All-American Game. The guys talk about Mario Craver' size and even though he's not very big at 150 lbs. he could flip to a field position. Bo asks Lugs if Bama should have smashed Michigan, and Tom says that Michigan covered gaps when they knew there was pressure. They also discuss the last play call in the Rose Bowl and Tom does not think it should have come down to that.
