Today's episode is inspired by one of my recent client sessions. What became so clear after chatting with her was how often we can complicate that which is rather simple in our lives. We find ways to procrastinate to avoid the future, even if it's a future we deeply desire! We find reasons why it can't be or why we have to wait, but none of it's true!
