Misophonia is self-diagnosed chronic condition in which a person experiences autonomic arousal to certain innocuous or repetitive sounds. This can include chewing, clicking, and more. Our guests talks about how severely it affects her daily life. Many people may experience misophonia but not realize there’s a name for it.
