Central Florida mother Taylor Schaefer sentenced to 60 years for child abuse, after pleading guilty to charges related to her boyfriends brutal torture of her five-year-old son. Videos showed the child tied up, locked in a dog cage, and starved, with 46 visible injuries including a fractured skull and broken legs. Two other children in the home also suffered neglect and abuse.
