Osceola County deputies arrest Rocci M. Berry Junior, 26, for ramming patrol cars and leading a high-speed chase in Kissimmee, Florida. Berry, driving a Tesla, hit two patrol vehicles, ignored spike strips, and fled onto I-4. After a two-week manhunt, he was apprehended at a home on Tamarind Park, facing charges including aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, fleeing and eluding, and resisting arrest with violence.
