Floridas House of Representatives unanimously passed a new bill, House Bill fifteen twenty-five, to create a specific crime for exposing sexual organs to children under sixteen. The measure, introduced by Representative Douglas Bankson, strengthens protections by making these child-focused acts automatic third-degree felonies, punishable by up to five thousand dollars in fines and five years in prison.
