Head coach Hue Jackson has said repeatedly that Tyrod Taylor is the starter and there's no reason to not believe him at this point. Except Mayfield isn't going to just sit back and let it happen.
No. 1 picks in the NFL usually play early, so Mary Kay Cabot and Dan Labbe discussed the Browns' quarterback plan and the way they have things structured around Mayfield. As you'll hear, Mary Kay isn't nearly as convinced as Dan that Mayfield could end up starting sooner than we think, but that's the point: let's talk about the plan.
