The belief from many is that the Cleveland Browns have to take a quarterback at number two overall, while the theory has it's reasons it just isn't that simple. The Draft does not offer a can't miss prospect so chasing what may not be there can send the franchise further down the hole. The roster has many other needs so taking one that better fits can also turn to team around.
The veteran options may be a safer route that can still have the team show marked improvement.
