Vanessa is the Owner + CEO of Emerge Yoga & Wellness, Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, AntiGravity Instructor, and Holistic Health Coach. Vanessa found yoga in 2001 at a tiny non-for-profit ashram offering classes for teens. Growing up with scoliosis, she found yoga as a great way to manage chronic back pain while simultaneously providing an outlet for stress.
