We can say this for the Cubs thus far this offseason: They pretty much made the most of the time afforded them before the lockout. Marcus Stroman grabbed the headlines, with good reason, but the Cubs made strong supporting moves by bringing in Wade Miley. Yan Gomes and Clint Frazier, as well.
On this episode of Onto Waveland, the guys discuss the Stroman and Gomes moves, and what they could signal for the Cubs the rest of the offseason. You know, once the owners see fit to end the lockout and all that.
