When you go into launch, just remember: everything you're doing right now is a learning process and all the stress that comes along with it is not permanent.
You're gonna get through it!
So take care of yourself during a launch and make sure you hydrate, get good sleep, and eat well.
The mental game is more important than the strategies, the tactics, or the statistics.
No matter if it's a great launch or if you faced challenges, you're going to grow during this moment. You are not going to be the same person on the other side.
So go ahead, and prepare to launch.
