Ray and Christy are successful Real Estate Investors who have done it all in the last 8 Years.  To hear their story is to be inspired by what you can do together and with full support of your significant other.  Rental Properties gave them Wealth and now they have transitioned to Private Lending.  While this is impressive what really is next level is how they give in new and unique ways. ie Covering the Cost of a Mastermind and giving 100% to Charity!!!

Self Reflection and Sharing your Journey of Real Estate Investing Can be embarrassing and helpful to others.  In this quick video I share two things.  The first is what I got Wrong and the other is what I got right.

I liked 99.9% of the book and share my thoughts about interesting facts, things we agree on and then a few things I disagree with.  The short answer is all Real Estate Investors are not Speculators like the book made me feel given the few examples given. Chris clearly cares about people and does a great job showing how anyone can do it.  The case studies were awesome and I find his writing style very informative and fun.  Nice job Chris!!!

Kyle at 27 Years of age has 18 units, done a couple flips, wholesaled a deal and just purchase a property via a Tax Sale.  He is doing big things, investing in his town and making a difference.  People need to hear Kyle's story as Real Estate Investing can change your life quickly if you focus on it and get off the sidelines.

Going from Zero to your First Rental Property is Hard and their is only one way to move forward with Confidence.  If you want to be successful in this business you need to put in the work.

This business will offer some great days and some absolutely horrible ones.  Your long term success depends on how you handle the highs and the lows.  You should aim to be as close to neutral each and every day but we are not robots and that is tough.  I am still working on it after 15 years so here is to your success as well in managing your emotions.

Passive Income can replace your W2 income but it will take time.  See my journey in detail as I share how we did it, the key steps and the extras we got along the way.

Raising Private Money is often seen as the holly grail to investing.  It is easy right? Just find a deal and people will throw money at you. Wrong.  If you are needy, greedy or arrogant money will run away.  Don't be that person that assumes you have a great deal and everyone should see it.

Most Real Estate Investors look at their business and think they are what they do.  Wrong.  Your business is not what you do instead it is just the name of the transaction you do when instead you are in the business of doing something else.  When you have the wrong focus in the beginning you make bad decisions and don't think long term. Please realize what business you are in and then guard your output and reputation fiercely.

The BRRRR strategy gets a lot of play in the real estate space but few investors breakdown all the details  like Jim and Michael in the great Live Interview. Buy, Repair, Rent, Refi, Repeat sounds good but there are lots of other items to discuss and understand to do it right.

April Crossley from Lazy Girl REI is anything but lazy as you will see in this video.  She chooses to leave the snow in PA and enjoy the sun in AZ but that doesn't mean work or her business stops.  The machine keeps running because of her team and she is adopting systems and processes to keep enjoying life.  In addition learn about a Key event in Kentucky she is putting on in May.
