I get asked all the time, why are you focused on Creating Pride of Ownership Rentals? Frankly I enjoy the process of turning an ugly slumlord property into a great rental. Which is great but I do it because I firmly believe Pride of Ownership rentals should have been what I bought 15 years ago and didn't as I bought Cheap property and wasted my money.
