Let me say that I love what Biggerpockets and Meet Kevin are doing for the Real Estate Investing world. However, this morning I saw a video and a Blog Post that pushed the idea that you should Never Buy or Always Buy 50K Homes. As a Landlord and Buyer of Assets below and above 50K I found the each argument to be lacking realities that make the investment either good or bad. Frankly Posting this video could cause me a lot of pain as the BP and Meet Kevin Following dwarfs me and I could get crushed.
