Mike's 2019 team shattered records by going 39-9 and advancing to the NCAA Regionals. The Big Red won a school-record 17-straight games while capturing the program's first-ever NCAC Tournament Championship.
Away from the field, Mike has taken lessons learned while working at Coca Cola and on the field and shared them in his book, and now a leadership course entitled Creating Culture.
