In the exclusive interview, Dr Bardia discussed the rationale and design of the phase 3 ELEGANT study (NCT06492616), which is evaluating elacestrant (Orserdu) compared with standard endocrine therapy in patients with estrogen receptor–positive, HER2-negative early breast cancer at high risk of disease recurrence.
