In our exclusive interview, Dr Dietrich discussed key efficacy findings from the 18-month follow-up of the phase 2 VISION trial (NCT02864992), which evaluated the efficacy of tepotinib (Tepmetko) in patients with non–small cell lung cancer harboring MET exon 14 skipping mutations. Additionally, Dr Dietrich emphasized important safety considerations with tepotinib, particularly the management of on-target adverse effects (AEs) like edema.
