Kristi shares five exercises (including a few bonus moves) that will help you improve your overall health, movement and by extension your golf swing:
- Single Leg Hip Marches / CARS (Controlled Articular Rotations)
- Half-Kneeling Rotations
- Divers to Chest Openers
- Standing Pelvic Tilts
- Back Extensions
Kristi also adds and demonstrates a few Core strengthening moves like the Farmer's or Suitcase Carry, the Landmine Press, and Kneeling Med-Ball Slams and Rotations
