Having worked as a Police Dispatcher, a Special Officer in NJ, and Chief Architect positions at Nortel and Avaya, he has contributed to the Public Safety / Telecommunications industry for nearly 40 years. Fletcher is listed at the inventor of 14 US Patents for NG911 call handling and has served on many Federally appointed committees for the FCC.
