After a four-year-long study at Johns Hopkins University, they found that the color "baker-miller pink" suppresses your appetite and reduces the stress that leads to snacking. It's basically the color of Pepto-Bismol, so if you get plates that color, you will eat less...

It was named after two naval officers who painted prison cells that color to reduce violence. It worked.
