Greg Glass, a former inmate, is pursuing his college degree at Metro Community Colleges one eighty Reentry Assistance Program (one eighty RAP). Launched in 2015, the program provides job training and mentorship to help individuals rebuild their lives post-incarceration. Rodney Tanksley, another success story, transitioned from prison to becoming a chef at Ooh De Lally. The program currently serves over 160 students quarterly, including those still incarcerated, and is expanding to offer more second chances.
