Sterling James, a Lincoln man, waives his preliminary hearing and faces trial for the murder of a Stromsburg couple and their unborn baby. Hes charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count for the murder of an unborn child, and tampering with evidence, which could lead to the death penalty. His wife, Sayde Titus, is also charged as an accessory and faces a docket call this Thursday. Four others were arrested in connection with the murders, and the investigation continues.
