Governor Kim Reynolds orders flags at half-staff for two Iowa soldiers killed in Kuwait drone strike. Sergeant Declan Coady and Major Jeffrey OBrien, both from Iowa, died in the attack along with four other Army Reserve soldiers. The incident occurred during the U.S.-Israel military campaign against Iran. The soldiers were part of the one hundred third Sustainment Command based in Des Moines. Flags will remain at half-staff until their interment.
