Federal authorities have added Anibal Alexander Canelon Aguirre to their Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, accusing him of leading a major ATM jackpotting scheme that funneled stolen cash to a foreign terrorist group. Canelon Aguirre, 49, is wanted for charges tied to the scheme, including conspiracy to commit bank fraud, money laundering, and providing material support to terrorists. Hes accused of installing malware on ATMs across the U.S., allowing criminals to pull out unauthorized money. The case is being investigated by Joint Task Force Vulcan and the Justice Departments computer crime unit, and a reward of up to one million dollars is offered for tips leading to his arrest.
