Harrison Ford was the second actor to play CIA analyst and occasional action hero Jack Ryan, and this is his second film in that role. It's Clear and Present Danger, released on the 3rd of August, 1994. There's a lot of political intrigue, a lot of Harrison Ford looking confused and out of his depth, and a lot of Willem Dafoe blowing stuff up.
