It was a huge morning for Oklahoma football recruiting as Cooper Hackett, the state's top prospect for 2027 and one of the nation's best, flipped his commitment from Texas Tech to Oklahoma. Then, moments later, the Sooners picked up a commitment from another massive in-state offensive lineman in Kaeden Penny from Bixby. The Recruiting Report is back baby!
