The Edmonton Oilers lose Leon Draisaitl to injury

The Edmonton Oilers picked up a 3-2 win over the San Jose Sharks last night, with Calvin Pickard earning his 20th win of the season between the pipes. It was a night of key depth scoring, as Connor Brown, Viktor Arvidsson, and Jeff Skinner all found the back of the net to help the Oilers secure two points.

The biggest storyline from the game however? The injury to Leon Draisaitl. After taking a number of hits and getting roughed up throughout the night, Draisaitl removed himself from the game in the second period and did not return.
