The most personal Episode I'll probably ever make. I had Reservations of rather to release this or not but I don't believe in not releasing stuff I make. I Talk about my Current State of my life and what i'm struggling with. Then give you a backstory of my history with Bipolar and Depression that I've Dealt with over my life and how I learned how to manage them with no medication. Then Reveal the Self Harm I Caused on myself this past year and a half..And It got Pretty Bad. This Episode is as real as your gonna get with me.
