Milpitas police have apprehended a second teenage suspect in the fatal stabbing of seventeen-year-old Jarred Cavan, following a deadly brawl near Milpitas High School. The sixteen-year-old suspect was arrested in Ontario after detectives tracked them down with a warrant. Both suspects are now in Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall, facing serious charges.
