Show Notes
Attorneys in Minneapolis file legal complaints against federal agencies for alleged constitutional rights violations during immigration enforcement operations last winter. Over three thousand agents were involved in Metro Surge and PARRIS, leading to wrongful assaults, abuse, and arrests of peaceful protesters. More than seventy people are represented in the lawsuits, with at least ten complaints from a California-based civil rights firm. State leaders also filed a suit to obtain evidence on three shootings linked to the operations.
