About our guest: Carter Snipes is an entrepreneur and a veteran real estate developer. As the owner of Snipes Properties, he has aided in the redevelopment of properties across Richmond, including of course the historic Hofheimer building, and Brambly Park Winery, a 2 acre park-like urban winery, restaurant, and music venue in the back of Scott's Addition. As an activist board member of the Scott's Addition Neighborhood Association, Carter has also been instrumental in securing city grants for Scott’s Addition greenspace, landscaping, and infrastructure. Snipes is a passionate, visionary entrepreneur set on elevating the neighborhood’s exposure on a national level.
