President Trump says Iran has agreed to dismantle its nuclear program but Iran still says there have been no such negotiations. Congressional Republicans say they are nearing a deal with Democrats to end the partial government shutdown that has left part of the Department of Homeland Security unfunded. Trump says he’ll surely be unhappy with the deal.
