Rahaf Al Bochi is a registered dietitian and owner of Olive Tree Nutrition LLC. She specializes in diabetes prevention and management and intuitive eating. She also has a special interest in the Mediterranean eating pattern and shares about her experience as a registered dietitian and Muslim. She also talks about Ramadan and the cultural and religious meaning behind the altered food pattern during this time.
