James Ragland is a former Bioenvironmental Engineer and a 15-year veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Ragland is recognized as a subject matter expert in nuclear policy and deterrence, with extensive expertise in nuclear weapons design, effects, and issues related to nuclear proliferation.
