President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday made their most detailed case yet for why they’re confident that U.S. strikes have obliterated Iran’s key nuclear sites. The announcement comes as NATO leaders deliver a win for Trump by agreeing to boost their defense spending. The United States and Iran are scheduled to hold talks next week.
