President Donald Trump says U.S. ships and military forces will stay in and around Iran until what he calls the “real agreement” is reached. This comes a day after the White House declared that Iran has accepted a ceasefire proposal with the United States.
The Iranian regime is calling on Israel to stop its war against the Hezbollah terrorist group in Lebanon, saying it is a violation of the ceasefire agreement for the war in Iran. Israel’s prime minister says Israeli forces will continue to strike the Iran-backed group with full force.
Democrat-led states and small businesses will be back in the International Trade Court tomorrow, challenging the president’s global tariffs applied under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974. Trump turned to this provision after the Supreme Court ruled against his use of an emergency powers law to implement the tariffs.
