Decennialang werd afval weggestopt in de grond. Wat niet te zien was, kon ook geen kwaad. Dat leverde Nederland hectares vervuilde grond op. Nu de woningnood in Nederland enorm hoog is, wordt juist op veel van die vervuilde grond gebouwd.
