Schiphol is de enige plek in Nederland waar de taximarkt niet is vrijgegeven. Daar kon, achter een façade van vergunningen, een systeem groeien van heimelijke betalingen, uitbuiting en willekeur - zo blijkt uit onderzoek van NRC. De taxibedrijven verdienen geld, maar de chauffeurs zijn de dupe.
