In 1990 werd de Surinaamse politieagent Herman Gooding doodgeschoten. Die moord is tot op de dag van vandaag onopgelost. Maar nu, 35 jaar later, heeft journalist Hans Buddingh’ nieuwe informatie in handen gekregen. En die leidt hem naar de hoogste politieke kringen in Suriname.
