In this episode of Main Character Vibes, I had the honor to talk with the amazing Dr. Neeta Bhushan. She is a former cosmetic dentist turned mental health coach and advocate, international speaker, and best-selling author behind her new book That Sucked. Now What?

Neeta shares with us her story of how she lost three immediate family members in the span of just three years, completely altering her life’s trajectory. How later she found herself stuck in a toxic marriage and a career she longer wanted to be in, leading her to her healing journey leading her to where she is today. After years of research into human behavior, observing people in their worst and best moments, being a mother of two small children, and failing more than a few times herself, Neeta knows what it takes to get back up no matter what bowled you over.
