Today's word of the day is 'unbettlievable' as in Mookie Betts is close to a mega long-term deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers. This was always going to happen, but why now!? What are the Dodgers doing? There is too much uncertainty with the financials. How do you think Gavin Lux feels about the deal. Lux is the Dodgers top prospect and he didn't make the Opening Day roster... we now know why (0:06). Chiefs defensive star Chris Jones just signed a long-term deal with the team. That wasn't the big news. He also said Patrick Mahomes texted him that he left money on the table so Jones could get paid...really (13:45)? The Washington (former Redskins) TBD made a hire yesterday. Julie Donaldson was named Senior VP of Media. Why did Daniel Snyder make this hire (18:23)? So You Wanna Talk To Samson!? Someone asked me about Glen Taylor wanting to sell the Minnesota Timberwolves for $1.2B. They wanted to know my thoughts on Taylor saying that he won't sell to someone who wants to move the team (22:30). The Islanders are about to sign a huge naming rights deal. Let me explain what this means and what the money will be used for (31:12). Review - 7500 (35:25). Can we stop with everyone saying that the Houston Astros are being thrown at purposefully?
