Show Notes

Today's word of the day is 'adage' as in Torii Hunter went public the other day about never wanting to play for Boston because of the fans. People doubted his story. Well, the Boston Red Sox came out and said it's all true, and that racism is very prevalent in Fenway Park. We made the unfortunate mistake of not talking about what Torii Hunter said the other day when we should have. We need to be better (0:06). Let's talk about the MLB Draft. The Houston Astros, a team known for building through the draft, have no first or second round picks for the next two years, and we need to speak on it. Why was everyone so surprised about Baltimore's pick? What are some of my favorite draft memories and nightmares (14:20)? Review - Love, Wedding, Repeat (31:51). So You Wanna Talk To Samson!? Someone asked me what the financial impact of NASCAR's decision to ban the confederate flag (32:56). MLBeard Challenge Day 88: 100 Black Men of America (37:55). Is there going to be a problem for NBA to come back with players who are uncertain about playing in the NBA bubble? #waittosee
