Today’s word of the day is ‘substance’ as in foreign substance as in new MLB memo says every ball will be studied. MLB says they will have ball monitors and dugout monitors and substance monitors and every monitor you can think of to make sure pitchers aren’t doctoring the balls. How is this going to work?
