Emily is a TikTok famous quilter who has a huge following of young new quilters! She started making quilting videos and tutorials during the 2020 lockdowns. She was having fun quilting, so why not share the joy? Formerly in advertising, Emily had some helpful tips and tools about making interesting content. Not only did she go viral, but she has held a large following of young makers who are eager to learn. Her current role as a pre-K teachers gives her insight into making beginner-friendly tutorials for making beautiful quilts. Emily is an extrovert and loves to chat with her fans and followers. On her TikTok Live, she sews and answers questions from her viewers. This allows Emily to remove some of the barriers of having a long-distance sewing community. Emily is planning to take her famous hexagon quilt to more National Parks this year, and you'll probably be able to find her hanging out at the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show in July.
