If you were to listen to only the mainstream media, you might draw the conclusion that most (if not all) medical experts agree that COVID-19 is going to continue to rampage the earth unless strict lockdown procedures are implemented. In this episode we draw attention to a growing number of preeminent epidemiologists, researchers and public health professionals who have been vehemently voicing an alternative view, noting that the pandemic is not as bad as it has been made out to be, and that popular countermeasures such as lockdowns and masking are having disastrous side effects; yet these experts are being almost universally suppressed by the the mainstream media, governmental authorities and big tech. We discuss various propaganda techniques that are being used to skew people's perceptions of expert opinion, including the use of the "head-counting fallacy", the "appeal to unspecified experts technique", the "marginalization of dissenting experts technique", and the "coordinated propaganda technique". We also explore the use of fear (the gift that keeps on giving!) to manipulate public opinion and behaviour. Why is there such spreading of fear and a co-ordinated blackout of views that are contrary to the accepted COVID narrative?
