Coming out of the All-Star break, this team is 4-5. There might be more life than we gave them credit for.
That Phillies series was rough. When was the last time you saw a walk off catcher's interference? Statistically, not in our lifetime. Ian misses Kyle Scwharber, the one that got away. Imagine what life would be like if we got 50 bonks out of Kyle Schwarber in Boston every year. It would be magical.
But to take 2/3 from the Dodgers? We have never been so back. Pitching good, batting good, grit good. Garrett Crochet wheels DEI hire Clayton Kershaw out of the building. Also, Bregman is back.
